Hi Lee Think i followed instructions corectly but i am not showing up a new transponder, just a blank area. Is the original bitmap tranponder grey(cant remember?).Start the apu and set the irs to nav IVSI shows up in shut down mode as expected but after the period of alignment the align lights flash on and off??? Is there a transponder guage i am supposed to have?I look forward to hearing as i have enjoyed previous upgrades and sure its something simple i may have done wrong.CheersTim Carter

Make sure you have added the following line to the panel cfg: //gauge06=B767Wxpdr, 205, 586 gauge06=ILH_TCAS!Transponder, 204, 586, 228, 89,This should be in the window 04 section - pedestal

Did you cut and paste the bitmaps xpdr.gif and ivsi.gif into your panel folder and the ILH_TCAS.gau into your main FS2002Gauges folder.

The .gif files are not needed. If you can see the IVSI but not the transponder, something must be amiss in your editing of the panel.cfg, specifically in the Window04 section. Both gauges are in the same .gau file.Lee Hetherington (KBED)

In the zip is a README text file. It has all the instructions for the install as well as post installation instructions. Follow them and you can't go wrong.

RTFM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i really don't get it.If it were a 999page manual i'd find it allright for people to ask here but jeesj, is a README too much of an issue???I always read the readme(except for the license information, that's pure nonsense for me :s) and manual prior to using a product. And if i find an error i'll first try to resolve it myself.ahh well, it's a great addon to an addon ;)Thanks LeeCheers

I also have a problem with Lee's TCAS.I am too busy at my god d**n work, and can't find the time to try it out.I read the readme file, but no help there.yours, going slightly mad,Ilan

:-lol :-lol :-lol :-lol :-lol :-lol :-lol :-lol

Lee im sorry to be a problem but i did read the read me several times to be sure. One thing i have noticed which is wierd is that my pedistal window is 03. Does this make any difference. I cant remember what mods and updates ive used but it was working fine before including your previous tcas guage.Cheers Tim Carter

Wierd. I'm pretty sure Window04 is standard.Anyhow, replace the B767Wxpdr line with the ILH_TCAS!Transponder line in the README. Basically, you're swapping out PIC's transponder for mine.Lee Hetherington (KBED)

Yes Lee have tried that already. Also completely removed any old ref to the old transponder guage. Still does not show up. My apologies for causing you grief but would love to get it up and running.Cheers Tim Carter

Please email me your aircraft.cfg file.Lee Hetherington (KBED)

Did by any chance install the Landing View by Randy Smith?

I believe we fixed it. It was a panel.cfg editing error. The gauges co-exist just fine with the landing view.Lee Hetherington (KBED)
