TCAS Mod

Featured Replies

I have been unable to get the TCAS mod to work in PIC767. I put the gauge file into the FS2002 gauge folder. The config file into the PIC767 panel folder (have not modified config files prior to this modification) and the FSUIPC dll into the moduals folder. When ever I try to load a PIC aircraft, I do not see a panel at all. all of the other views of the PIC767 aircraft are there. What have I done wrong?TerryPS: PIC 767 works just fine without the TCAS modification.

Do you still have a file called "Panel.cfg" in your 767 PIC Wilco PublishingPanel folder? If you renamed yours and just dropped mine in, you wouldn't have one as mine has a different name. That's my best guess about what is going on.Lee Hetherington (KBED)

Did you cut and paste the bitmaps xpdr.gif and ivsi.gif into your panel folder?

The .gif files are NOT needed!Lee Hetherington (KBED)

Lee,Yes, I renamed mine to Panel.org.I take it now that I need to rename your panel (ILH TCAS_767PIC_Panel) to just "Panel" ?Terry

FS is looking for a file called "panel.cfg" (case doesn't matter). If you don't have one in the panel folder, you get no panel. Thus, you could rename mine to "panel.cfg".Lee Hetherington (KBED)

Lee,I renamed your file to panel and it works. ThanksTerry
