July 15, 200322 yr I noticed the shading problem around the knobs of both instruments as described in my earlier post, may be due to the fact that when the program first loads the flood light switch is in the "ON" position. If MSFS is in "DAY" the shadows appear. But if you position the flood light switch to "OFF" and resize your screen the shadows are gone. It's probably in the programming of having the flood light switch "ON" in "DAY".Is there a way to have that switch in the "OFF" position when the program first loads?
July 15, 200322 yr Set up a situation/flight with it off, save the situation...then load that situation when you start. You can also use the clock and move it to day/night to refresh the panel shading. That "issue" pre-dates FS2002.End of problem.
July 15, 200322 yr Thanks for the TIP! I did as you said and the panel loads without the flood light on.
July 15, 200322 yr 767PIC is the only add-on I am aware of that manages to save all of its panel state when you do a normal FS save. I wish others would figure out how to do it.If I knew how, I would save my IVSI and Transponder state along with PIC's.Lee Hetherington (KBED)
