This might be off topic but is the Navdata site down .The last update was 7/16/03 and that is kind of unusual to go that long and no up date...BOB

Richard has been changing the format of his database, and designing a tool that will convert the databse into the required format for whatever addons you have. Originally was scheduled for release with the latest AIRAC cycle, but he has run into some problems with the installer. No news has been posted on his site/forum for over a week now. Hope he gets everything worked out okay.
