I don't know about utilizing the Aircraft.cfg or Flight Dynamics editor to solve your problem, however, making sharp turns can be assisted by applying the left brake (F11) or right brake (F12) as you apply the turn with your Joystick or Yoke.Be sure to keep some speed up though because it will, naturally, tend to slow the plane down.Hope this helps, John

John M's advice is quite good--I also use the F11/F12 keys for sharp turns, and can turn most aircraft on a dime....
