August 10, 200322 yr The next time your routing on a USA flight takes you over Missouri, plug SGF into your FMC and deviate off course for a real MS bug-a-boo treat in FS9. I call it the Stockton Gorge. It is just 30 miles Northwest of SGF. You can't miss it because it is 12,000 feet deep.http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho..._id=73836&page=
August 11, 200322 yr That's not a bug. I hiked down there last summer! It's really there and the cannabis that grows wild down there is the best I've ever smoked! But keep it quiet, we don't want everyone to know about it.
August 11, 200322 yr Please send some the natural -below-sea-level- growth to me for further testing...LMAO!Rob.

August 16, 200322 yr Hmm, this is interesting since I happen to be from the lowest point on earth and from experience I can tell you: it's definitely not Missouri. (I even tried clicking my heals 3 times, no cigar) Anyway, speaking of weird rendition of airports in FS9. Remember the famous Courchevel in the French Apls (LFLJ) airport that was missing from all previous FS versions? Well, it's there and looks, well...go take a look and tell me that you think. PS. Lowest point on earth is only -1350 feet MSL... at -12,000 you'd have one hell of a pain in your ears. Michel.
August 17, 200322 yr LOL, a tree on one end and a mountainside on the other. That is equally crazy.Mike
August 19, 200322 yr Blind luck Ed. I was taking my first VFR flight in FS9 and spotted this really odd formation about 30 miles west of me. Turned right and went to see what it was.Mike
