January 13, 200422 yr Bill,As you know, i'm a PIC-er from the early days(fs2000) when some guy called Eric still hummed arround here...Through the years i've gained alot of experience on the 767I would've loved to join remote(as the expenses of the trip alone would be too high ,see further for explanation)As you may or may not know, i'm bound to follow and ATPL training over the coming 2.5 years starting around september 2004.You are, to my knowledge, also aware of the immense pricetag attached to this event. Speaking around 85.000 euros for the training would be correct.(108.531USD / 58.748GBP)The location of my training is also different from my 'home'i'll be attending Aeromadrid in ... you guessed it Madrid so i'll be 'away from my puter' for about 2 years. That would mean that in the event that the charityflight takes place before september, i'd really like to join the ride, but if not i'm forced to not apply. Therefore an approximate datum could be handy for my own planning and wether i join or not.greetings from a windy Antwerp(gusting 80kt :s)
