February 14, 200521 yr I currently have an 'analog-type' CH Yoke product and was wandering if it is worth upgrading to the 'USB-type' CH Yoke. Would it be worth it to upgrade even further if there is not that much difference in the (analog vs.USB) type and get another brand? If it is worth it to upgrade to a different brand, does anybody know of a good yoke that would really fit in nicely with the upcoming release of the LDS 767 ?? There hasn't been any new releases on Yoke products in quite some time....Maybe there is no need to concentrate on this aspect of the simulation, but I would like to have one that is a little more realistic than the CH analog type that I currently have without putting out an excessive amount of $$. Also, does anybody have anymore info on the 'Throttle-quadrant' that simflight or whoever was putting out for the 767 ?Regards, jack
February 16, 200521 yr Hi Jack, hi everybody,I'm a new poster! I also have the CH Yoke (US Type) and I'm thinking of upgrading it by buying this one...;) http://members.aol.com/horizcs/flightsim.htmlwhat do you think? I know it is not cheap but it will surely fit you new 767 throttle! Plus, it has a lot of functionalities...When it comes to the 767 Throttle, I can't help you... Sorry...Regards,Jo
February 16, 200521 yr My best advise is.......Just wait until the LevelD 767 is released and go from there. No since in getting hardware if it is not needed.
February 16, 200521 yr Have I been 'black-listed' to this forum?? Why can't I see any of the replies to my original post?? The only post I can retrieve is my original post and cannot see the other 4 replies that have been 'supposedly' sent.....Regards,jack
February 16, 200521 yr The reason is that, this is now a moderated forum, so the Mods have to review and approve the post before it will be present on the forum. So please don't post 4 times.
February 17, 200521 yr Despite rumors to the contrary we moderators have lives outside this forum. Sometimes messages get approved within minutes of being posted, other times it may take several hours. Be patient.
February 17, 200521 yr Roger that..I didn't mean that I posted 4 times to get a reply, I meant that there were others that posted (replies} and the only post I saw when I opened up the link was my original post. Sorry about all the confusion.Regards, jack
