temperature stuck at 0 degrees when on ground...why??

recently I've noticed that when on the ground, the temperature "sticks" at 0 degrees. Anyone know why this is happening? As far as I know, I have the latest FSUIPC module. Has there been some trouble with the weather servers? Once, I takeoff, I seem to get more realistic temperatures, but then again, maybe it's basing the temperature on a 0 degrees at ground level? Can someone help with this please?ThanksSSunil Mulay
