Hello,I have just passed the student exam on Vastim and was entitled to open a TWR. Hovewer my problem is that although I can login as an observer without a problem and see the traffic, when I tried to log on as xxxx_v_twr, rating STU1 and facility type Tower, I get disconnected everytime with error code "0054" and it says I have invalid CID/PW.With my ATC insturctor we went through login page and the data I enter is correct, furthermore, my ATC instructor and mentor can login by using my account details from thier PC's. So the problem is not about my authorisation level nor access restrictions. I have sufficient authoristion to open a TWR.It is more likely a program error.FYI I do not use any firewall and I am conencterd to the net over cable modem.Your help is deeply appreciated.Best regards.Musashi

Usually, with this kind of problem, we find that people have inadvertantly allowed a space or tab or other non-printing character to creep into either their ID or password. Be sure and delete EVERYTHING in the ID and password fields and then type them in again. Spaces et al DO count as characters and will cause the system to be unable to authenticate you.cz
