CSL ?'s

I'm looking to add helos into the CSL. I thought I had figured it out but it didn't work. Here's what's been done so far:-found suitable FS98 aircraft for the model-placed the model and texture folders into the CSL aircraft folder in FS2002 and renamed appropriately-modified the excel file to point to the new helo-modified the aircraft.cfg in the CSL aircraft folder to add the helo (which did show up in the aircraft menu in FS)-made sure all of the names matched in the excel file, and the various folders-had online test, making sure the SB flightplan chose the correct type of aircraft designation that I had entered into the excel fileStill can't get it to work. Any recommendations?
