Can't connect on ProController

Each time I try to connect on Pro Controller, I get the following message: "I/O Error 21." Then it tells me that PC can't connect to the server I specified and it may be that my IP is incorrect. I hace checked many times and this is not the problem. Has anyone else had this problem? On my other computer, with Windows ME, I don't have this problem, but this one has Windows 2000 Professional. I'd appreciate any help.Thanks!montypythonMSP ARTCC, Student
