A friend of mine is having a few problems with SB. He can connect no problem, but when he does he gets an error message saying that 'other aircraft will not be displayed'. Fair enough, he can still use ATC but he can't see whether there is anyone around him when taxiing etc. Makes for some very unhappy people when he pushes back into them or wing clips them when taxiing.I hope someone out there can help, as he is actually worried about using SB now, and just wants to get back into the thick of it.For info, he had tried unistalling and reinstalling, downloading a new zip of it, then reinstalling, all to no avail.I look forward to hearing from someone,pa2q2

I believe he's missing the "Common Shapes Library" which define the other planes around him. This is NOT a part of the basic SquawkBox download.
