Delay when sending messages

Lately, I've run into a delay of 1 to 2 minutes when sending a message over s/b. It doesn't happen continuously, as an example during the Group Flight to Dallas from LA this past Saturday. While in LAX airspace there was no problem, when I switched to ABQ the problem started. When handed off to Dallas the problem went away.It's seems only outgoing messages are delayed almost like they are sent into a queue then released. Very frustrating as some think I'm refusing to answer a question which is not the case at all.System Specs:Programs: FS2002, SBHost, SB, FSACARS, AIBridge, Servinfo, FSChat, RW(Slow Modem Option), ZoneAlarm and DSL connection.Win98SE, P4 2.66 with 512mb ram - T1-4600.I haven't seen any postings on this so maybe it's my system but don't have a clue as to why it's happening.
