I'm having trouble logging onto VATSIM as an ATC observer. I get Procontroller running OK, load my sector and get the chat box up. When I try to enter .msg server myid mypassword, nothing happens, as if the log on failed. I am on dial up at the moment, but I know the connection is OK.Am I entering the .msg server bit correct??Thanks for any helpDavid

You should see some response, either a success or a failure message. Where are you entering this .msg command? If you're doing it in the chatbox that pops up, then that's your problem. Be sure that you are typing it in the black line at the bottom of the screen, as the instructions state.If that still doesn't help, take a screenshot and email it to me at [email protected] and I'll see if I can figure out what the problem is.
