I had this very same question when I was new to Squawkbox. Good question.I export my FS Nav 4.5 flight plan to my Squawkbox directory. I use a name such as KCLE_KORD.To load the plan right click on the SB window to see the menu and choose Load FMS Plan (something like that). You should be able to select where you want to load it from. Choose your Squawkbox directory. Find your plan that you wish to load. When you do, a flight plan window pops up with your plan already loaded. You will have to choose IFR/VFR, plane, departure time, altitude, etc. Then click ok when everything looks right to you and it is loaded. Click the F button in the SB window to bring up the FMC and you should see it there when you hit the NAV button. Also, wait a few minutes and bring up ServInfo if you have it. Find yourself in the pilots tab and click your callsign to bring up your flight plan. You should see just what you previously loaded, just in a different format.I have never used the VATSIM flight plan feature. Maybe someone else can help you out on that one.Bob Dodge
