I can get connected and fly online no problem, but all other aircraft that may be at the same airport that i'm at seem to be off the ground about 10 feet!

Are you using a third party scenery package, particulary a mesh scenery that may be setting your airport elevation below that of the default scenery?Your being from the USA, I doubt this has anything to do with it but I will toss this out anyway. Squawkbox does NOT work with international settings that use , as the decimal point. If you are set to use a comma instead of a period, SB will misreport your position.
