Featured Replies

Hi guys,I am having a problem installing the new Servinfo 2.02 version.1) Everytime I click on sigi.exe I get a pop up meaasge asking me to install the servinfo.gau file in the FS2002/gauges folder. After I do this and again click sigi.exe I get a pop up saying that "No servinfo.gau file found"2) i click on servinfo.exe I get various messages sayinga) No Fir.dat file found:( servinfo.dat file not foundc) this program has performed an illegal operation......"Please help.Regards,Naval.

Naval,Did you extract the entire contents of the ZIP file into a folder?Do you have a file in there called FIR.DAT? What about servinfo.dat? You might have just installed it incorrectly. I'd suggest you try again. It does come with some excellent instructions on how to install and what all of the different programs are (I've been using the program for years and have never run the SIGI.EXE file so not sure why you have). After re-reading your post a fourth time - I'm confident that the install process didn't go perfectly. Simply extract all of the files into a folder on your computer. Then place that folder wherever you want (mine is under c:program filesServinfo). The file you want to click on to launch the software is "ServInfo.exe"Good luck and let us know how it goes.
