SBRelay initial connection Problem

Featured Replies

Hey Guys!! I have been running SBRelay for a few months now with FS9 with no problems. Yesterday and Today, I have encountered a problem when starting up. When I click on SBRelay the main window comes up and then nothing. I get no text saying ready to connect FS2004 or anything. The main window remains blanks until I exit the program. When I exit I get Program not responding. I have gone through all the instructions, all my internet connections work. Any help would be great. I have to manually exit out of the program. SBRelay just sits there trying to connect. I have the current FSUIPC (registered), FSNav, FS9, etc. Like I said, I have had no problems up until yesterday. I have also deleted SBRelay and downloaded a new one and the same problem occurs. I hope someone can help. Thanks, Scott Fallon AAL257

Scott,Interesting. What happens if you do not wait for the "ready to connect" message and just boot up your SBRELAY? Will it work then?

I Found out my problem today.Recently I have been getting numerous Pop-ups. I dowloaded Stopzilla, a highly recommended pop-up killer from CNet.com. It works great but I found that it blocks SBRelay. I have to uninstall it and then SBRelay will work. I have a request in to stopzilla about this problem. I hoop I will have an answer soon.As to your reply Ian, If I went ahead a loaded SBrelay then FS2004 there will be nothing on my multiplayer screen. Once I uninstall Stopzilla everything works great.I will keep everyone posted on what happens.Thanks,ScottAAL257
