Do you really want to use the Squawkbox FMS or are you just wanting to enter a flightplan? I ask this because I see you are relitively new. We have an excellent tutorial for entering flightplans on the VATSIM Pilot Resource Center http://www.vatsim.net/prcIf your question is really about the using the FMS functions of Squawkbox, I will let someone else answer because I never use it.

I know how to fill a regular flightplan but I need info on how to make and save flightplans for FMS (*.fps) and load them later.It takes too long time to do this all the time manually.

I used to make my flightplans in Nav3[free]. then export them to FS2004 and SquawkBox where they are saved under "load FMS flightplan"I don't know if this is the info you want . Let me know if you want more details
