Hia,It means that the flightplan has been submitted on Vatsim/Pilot Resources/File Flightplan (or direct link: http://www.vatsim.net/fp/) before coming online and will be retained for 2 houres. There are some other +?+ commands you may see in your flightplan as well, if ATC has made a update with ASRC
