November 1, 200421 yr First of all let me start off with "I AM GOING CRAZY!!!"Okay....here's my probs,1) Start SBRelay. 2) Start FS9, obtain a flight number from OSP, park at gate, engines off. 3)Click Multiplayer, and join SBRelay. 4) From modules, RUN SBHost.dll. 5) back to Windows, Open SquawkBox, 6) click SEARCH to get the game to join, 7) "SBRelay - Squawkbox (1/814) appears, CLICK JOIN! I am stuck here!! It kept saying "UNABLE TO JOIN GAME" The funny thing is that sometimes I can!!!!MOST time I can't!! That why its so ######, ya know if I can't that means I probably had some setting wrong or maybe my hardware is not compaitable. But I can at times!! most times I can't!! hmmm... also when I open SB up to search for game to join, the correct procedure is to click JOIN right?? Always get the same pop up saying UNABLE TO JOIN GAME, after which there are 2 senarios, 1) UNABLE TO JOIN GAME, then I click close *(for the first pop up) then I click cancel, THEN ----that windows ERROR report pops up. 2) UNABLE TO JOIN GAME, then I click close *(for the first pop up) then I click cancel, then the GET INTO ACTION POP UP and okay. See these are the 2 senarios I am facing, senerios 1 happens 95%, for senerio 2 happen only 5%. As for senerio 2, I can proceed to connect to VATSIM, fly the flight, and clock ONLINE flight. But I did not join any GAMES! Cuz it prompted UNABLE to join!! Hmmm this puzzles me... Help?? As for senerio 1, nothing to say, juz can't work!! ERROR... arghhh.... Both senerios I quoted are TRUE events taking place!! Its like I am grounded!!! Any Help would be highly, greatly, mostly appreciated!! Thank You!!!
November 1, 200421 yr Try following:1) Start SBRelay.2) Start FS9 Click Multiplayer, and join SBRelay.3) Create/select a flight in FS9.4) back to Windows Start "SB Host.exe"5) Open SquawkBox.exe It should now be ready to go into action.Lennart Vedin SAS202
