I have connected using FS2004 and I am on line. But when I go to the Vatsim site and look at the radar - I am not there?? Also on servinfo - Listed under Pilots, but says they cannot determine if in flight??? Any help.

make sure you have registered FSUIPC correctly.Dave

This and similar problem could be a Vatsim server problem.I did notice following indications.A day in October:ServInfo indicated data was some hour old, andI could not get new data during some hours.appr November 31During flight I just dissappeared both from VatsimVisualDisplayand from ServInfo. Still connected and ATC did see me correct20 minutes more during rest of my flight, but I was not any more visible at VatsimVisualDisplay nor at ServInfo.6 November 14:00 -> 17:00 UTCFrom connected until disconnected, I did neverse me at VatsimVisualDisplay nor at ServInfo. This time I also checked Vatsim "Who's on line" several times, I was not in the list. I also checked I was notat the origo position. Also during the flight, at both my computers, ServInfo all the time indicated that data was 2 to 4 hours old changing sometimes, only possible to reload with this old data. VatsimVisualDisplay seams to update at least some data.7 NovemberI connected and with in 10 seconds I did see me in VatsimVisualDisplay.with in 1 minute later also in ServInfo.11 November 23:00 UTCYes now it work correct as 7 November for me.Beside this, sometime maybe it started in October, I don't always see much of the red lines after the airplanes in VatsimVisualDisplay. As I assume thisindicate delayed server-data. I don't know if VatsimVisualDisplay somewherecan indicate at what time the data is uppdated. Some of this problem are difficult to explaine just by users equipmentor operations, there might be problem at Vatsims servers. It couldbe a problem with small memory-leak and just restart servers could solve the problem. There are different way how you can observe those problem, and the reason for the problem could be different.- Does ATC se you correct at radar.- Are you visible in ServInfo (does it indicate old data).- Are you visible at Vatsim "Who's on line" -list.- Are you visible at VatsimVisualDisplay.- If you'r not at VatsimVisualDisplay as expected, are you then at VatsimVisualDisplay origo (middle of earth).- When was the problem, did you have it before, do you have it now, is it temporary etc.Lennart Vedin SAS202

Seemed to be the registry. Thanks

Think they restart/reset the service to transfer data to the global database used by VatsimVisualDisplay and ServInfo today. 12 November appr 10:00 UTCNumber of Pilots Online = 0 (zero)Number of ATC Online = 0 (zero)No pilots, no ATC at ServInfo.I'll see if my problem not come back after this restart.Lennart Vedin SAS202
