I want to login and I'm unable to do so. I have registered and have my ID & Password and rating Pilot/observer but it keeps asking me for a User Name and I put my correct name in as when I initially set up my data on Vatsim but it says that I have an incorrect user name & password. Why does it give me an ID & Password but then asks for a username & password when I want to login & it won't let me.What on earth I'm I doing wrong and NO, I'm not on the other VATsim Pilot info site where you have to have a different password setup. Any help would be appreciated and also, who could I email at Vatsim to see what I'm doing wrong. Sorry for the problems but I'm a "Newbie" at Vatsim.Regards,John Noullet

Actually you are on the "other" VATSIM site, if you have a valid userID and password. You can actually test your user ID and password by trying to use it to login on the "other" VATSIM site. You can also check out the status of your account at: http://cert.vatsim.net/vatsimnet/statcheck.html . The page for your registration maintenance is: http://vatsim.net/cert.html . There's a link on the page for the VATSIM membership department where you can contact the administration if your test fails.
