My push-back (shift+P) doens't work fine!!!!!

Featured Replies

My push-back (shift+P) doens't work fine with my Forcefeedback F-33D (Genius) ... the 1 or 2 to turn left or right doesn't work... If i disable the joystick and use the keyboard reworks fine... Others users tell me wich occurs with others joysticks...Can you help me, please? Thanks a lot Martin CWB. (Curitiba-PR Brazil).

Hi Martin, that is a known issue and should have nothing to do with your joystick. This works for me:Change to any view. Don not change your viewpoint. Press Shift-P and do not, I repeat do not change any views or the viewpoint. Press 1 or 2, and do not change any views before the plane turns.Alex

.... in addition to that - I find that using ANY other command (keyboard/mouse/joystick) whilst pushback is in progress causes the turn commands to fail !!!!

This solution should work every time:1. Re-assign the Pushback to a single key without Shift (I use 'K').2. To pushback and turn the tail to the right, using my example press 'K' and keep that button pressed.3. Then press '2' and also keep that button pressed. ('1' for left tail turn.)4. Then release the 'K' button.5. Then release the '2' button.6. The plane will push back straight for a short distance, then turn, and then go straight again. Finally press 'K' once more to stop the push.Sounds complicated but it's easy when you get used to it.I've found it works on default as well as add-on aircraft.Hope it helps.Toni.

I changed mine from Shift+p to Ctrl+p and that did the trick for me. R-
