Hey thanks. Keep the site updated because I'm sure there are lots of guys following your progress (myself included obviously). How did you make the first knob (white) and the big rudder knob? They look very authentic.Also, did you use a profile cutter or a jigsaw to cut the sheet metal on the pedestal and for the slots on the throttle assembly? Keep up the good work. Hi Nick,All the knob's u see are copies of the real thing that is why they look so authentic and how I make them I can't share with u for now I have had month's and month's of trying out diff. materials to get it right.The sheet metal on the pedestal has bin cut by a laser CNC machine and it's way too hard and to thick to be cut by a jigsaw.The slots on the throttle assembly are cut by a dremel small machine with those litle cutters and the assembly is made out of aluminium so easier to handle.They dont look nicely cut but was not needed to be because P.Cos at Flightdeck solution made a nice panel that comes over the alu. part with nicely cut slots like the real thing to hide the aluminium slots.Thank u for checking out my site.regards,Nihad

Nihad,Will you be manufacturing any knobs for sale? If so please send me details and pics if available. My B747 project kicks off in a month or two so I'm gathering info etc etc. If not, can you suggest where to find similar knobs at reasonable prices?Cheers,[email protected]

Hi Nick,I am thinking off manufacturing knobs for sale but there are still some problem's I have to over come.I dont know of any place u can get simular knobs because like I said I copy from the real thing so the only suggestion I can give u is find real knobs but I doubt u will get a reasonable price for real knobs or find enough knobs to fill an entire flightdeck.Once I get the final problems solved I will get back to u if then u r still interested.regards,Nihadhttp://www.allush.net/images/dark4a.jpg
