August 16, 200223 yr I don't imagine you could use something like e-dimensional's 3d glasses with a projector system, could you?
August 16, 200223 yr Three-D glasses that work on the shutter principle require a fast display. The 3D image effect is generated by alternately displaying the left and right perspectives. The glasses alternately block the right and left views in synchrony with the display. If the display is "slow", that is if the right image does not fade out before the left image is displayed, the 3D effect is compromised or simply does not happen. LCD displays in general are slower than CRT displays. I know that older LCD displays did a poor job in this service. At least some of the newer LCD projection systems are capable; three were used for this purpose by my last employer. What you might want to do is call the display manufacturer and ask about the specific model.Mikewww.mikesflightdeck.com
