August 22, 200223 yr G'Day!Just a couiple more rough edges to smooth out and the Duck will be ready. In the meantime, I wish to change the appearance of a Microsoft gauge. Does anyone know of a way to do that?thanksHeather
August 22, 200223 yr No I haven't. Where do I get it?Still planning on moving but it will be a while yet. They want to finish some remodeling on this house before putting it up for sale.Looking very strongly in the Port Angeles area of Seattle.Cheers!Heather
August 22, 200223 yr HeatherDon't mean to be a boring old fa*t (because I'm not, I hope) but changing MS gauges would be a breach of copyright and so to be correct, you shouldn't do it. I have the same issue ... with my recent "Reds" upload, which used Concorde gauges, I wanted to repaint the bitmaps to more correctly replicate my Hawk; but was advised against it by wiser men. It's easily done, but .... well, you get the message.I have the odd gauge designer up my sleeve if it's something straightforward. "Tail" angle meter, perhaps?Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumonthttp://www.swiremariners.com/cxkaitak.htmlhttp://www.swiremariners.com/reds.htmlhttp://www.swiremariners.com/cxkaitakv3.jpg _________________________ Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumont VP Fleet, DC-3 Airways Team Member, MAAM-SIM
August 22, 200223 yr Well poo!I was afraid of that, was why I was only going to do so with an MS gauge; you know, something that would be turned right around and used with their . . .oh well. I'll just have to put in the instructions that the setting for RES is actually the main tank and the "DROP" is the auxillary.May just leave it at one tank and be done with it.Can't win 'em all.Cheers!Heather
