Projector setup question

Featured Replies

Good Day,I got hold of my company's PC/video projector and I wander if I could get your help on setting it up.I have never even tried to use multiple monitors for my FS2002 sessions. Now, having this device I would like to have it projecting my outside view, with panel view remaining on my 19' monitor. The projector has a MIDI connection and my system details are as follows:AMD Athlon Tbird 1.2GBASUS A7V133 mobo with 512MB of SDRAM Windows XP ProfessionalnVidia GeForce 3 Ti200 with 28.32 drivers installedI would appreciate your comments on how to set it all up to have my view ahead via projector and panel view on my principal monitor.Thank you very muchDon

Hello Don,I also did the same thing you are trying to do but had to purchase a dual video output video card,This way you can drag your panel window down to your monitor by undocking the panel view thus leaving your outside view on your main screen.NVIDIA GFORCE MMX440 HAS A DUAL HEAD monitor output. If there is another way other than what i did please feel free to let me know.I hope this helpsJ holt

Thanks J,Wouldn't the system recognize a new plug-and-play device plugged into MIDI socket?I believe, XP would do, the only question is whether I could undock my outside view and move it over to that output. Thanks for sharing your experiences.Don
