Does any body know wheter it is possible to use the 7 ports in any combination you like?So for example can I use 2 fsbus keys PCB's together with 2 fsbus displays pcb's? Or can I use just one of every kind? Thanks for any helpNorbert Boschhttp://home.wanadoo.nl/norbert.bosch
April 8, 200323 yr Hello Norbert, fsbus controllers are addressed by software. Each controller gets its own ControllerID, which you assign during flashmode. You may connect more than one controller to any of the 10-pole connectors. All pins of all controllers are switched parallel.regards Dirk
April 9, 200323 yr Yeah, like Dirk said. As far as I understand, it is a *bus* (hence the name) - so you can do it like those harddisk flatcables:[:]==========[:]=============[:]==============[:]============[:]Connect a bunch of those flatcable connectors into the same 10-wire flatcable. There's just a global limit of 32 CID:s as far as I remember. So you can chain them all behind one cable if you want.Tuomas
