RW and two sound cards

Featured Replies

I read somewere that you could use two sound cards with RW. I put in a old sound and have sound on my motherboard. Computer works fine. The thing is when MSFS2002 and RW when RW set to the sound card my computer locks up! I have tried to set the sound for MSFS on the card and RW on the motherboard samething happens. When I set the RW to the same as the MSFS it works fine. Anyone in here know what to do?

If it locks up when you use them both at once, it could be an IRQ-conflict, and you could try to change the interrupt of either of them from the control panel settings. Or if the old card has jumpers to set them (though then it'd have to be *really* old :)Tuomas
