can anyone tell me where to find plans to build a throttle quad for twin engine prop (piston) for use with FS2004.

I don't know of any formal plans. There are some descriptions posted in the How-To section of FlightSim. Most people develop their own approach based on their skill level and the materials they have on hand or can afford. A number of people have made throttle quads that look very, very good.What you might do is scan the web sites of simpit builders and look how they have designed their throttle quad. you might check on this forum the thread where i show pictures from my "bended parts from throttles" or something like that.maybe i used a few tricks which you'd like to know 'bout.cheers
