Hi all, I completed my own mcp for 744 precision simulator, I used an old keyboard to do this, it's very easy to use with an usb keyboard as primary and my mcp as second, but with ps13 there are a lot of keystrokes implemented.now I would like to use this mcp with fs2004 but I can't assign keystrokes for e.g. vnav, lnav, fl chg, is there a way to do so?thank you very much for your helpivohere are a few pics of it http://users.pandora.be/dci

Hi,That's a nice looking panel. I was also impressed with your use of drawer slides in your rudder and yoke.Have you looked at the key mapping capabilities of FSUIPC? I'm not up to date on it, but it does offer some functionality in this area and may solve your problem.Mikewww.mikesflightdeck.com

Many of the advanced things are available with the commercial add-ons (767PIC etc) and not necessarily with the default planes. The Precision Simulator is a very advanced one in that sense, and if one wants to make a very technically correct home setup, I guess it makes a better starting point than MS FS if you already have PS.But I guess the basic rule is: if your FS200X aircraft can do something by clicking on a gauge, first check out the FSUIPC keymapping capability, if the feature is not there, use Key2Mouse to simulate a mouseclick from your MCP.Tuomas
