Check out my auction for the 737MCP that is backlightable and is from AGT panels. Includes 6 rotary encoders! One is an optical encoder. A Blueside-up encoder module that coverts to the rotaries to interface with the hagstrom. It needs a new face plate that cost 40.00 but that's it.
