Rudder Pedals

Featured Replies

I have an idea to make a set of rudder pedals, I thought I could pivot them around the shaft of an old USB Joystick with a twist grip.Questions:1. Is it possible to use two USB Joysticks on FS9 one as a side stick and one controlling rudder and hopefully toe brakes?2. How far apart would Airbus pedals be?3. What is their approx size inc toe brake section.4. Is this information detailed anywhere? Thanks for any helpTerry

To answer question 1, YES!!So far I have used a USB joystick for the flight joke and throttle, and I have also used the pedals off a MSFF wheel as the rudder pedals. You can assign the controls independantly for each controller, so there's no problem there. You could in theory have up to 255 USB joysticks connected, controlling every single moving part on the aircraft, but let's not go there ;)

Unfortunately I can't answer your other questions, sorry for not pointing that out earlier!CeawlinBSX029
