I am tring to place ouder with digi-key.com. There are some thing I did know about. What 555 timer which one do I need? Also in the IC Sockets the 4051, the adc0838, and the 74ls374. In the Diodes I Which one do I need? I put in the ex. 1n4148 and I didn't know which ones to get. I need help with both diodes. One the Transistors the bc548b could not find, the 7805 and the 78112. Resistors I know about its the only thing I think. Capacitors I need help with to all of them. The 4MHz Chrystal and the relay "SILS5 1a72-71d." I love the forums. It has gave me some ideas has help me out just reading. Kept up the good work.

Although I have not built any FSBUS unit, I'm surprised no one here has responded since many use that system for interfacing. The issue of proper component selection depends on the particular type of package and voltage you need. Most are interchangeable between manufacturers but in other cases this can lead to problems since there can be variations in operational parameters such as switching speed, power dissipation, etc. In this case the components seem pretty standard to me except for 2 but I doubt substitution will be an issue. You are basically free to select any one you wish as long as the package fits your PCB footprint for each component.-NE555P in 8 DIP package is a safe choice-CD4051BE is standard in 16 DIP package (and cheap), but may affect performance depending on its use particularly the
