December 30, 200322 yr Anyone can help me out here a bit ?I need to send a number like "0" or "1" etc to address 0x6620 in the memory ...I assume that this is a HEX number ? And that I need to take "6620" and make that DEC or OCT ?? and than put in in the fsuipc.ini ?But when I do that, still it don't work ..Plan is to make this perform when pressing a key in FS ..Little help from the programmers / fsuipc aces ??
December 31, 200322 yr I don't know of any controls at such a number.Perhaps you'd better tell us what exactly you want to do.
January 1, 200422 yr turns out that i'm not confused but I just don't understand what fsuipc is doing corectly .. :/0x6620 is a memory address and I was trying to make fsuipc send a value to that address. turns out however that fsuipc can't do this.maybe i'll xplane & ask more tomorrow .. dunno now cuz I'm tipsy ;pCheers ;)P.
January 3, 200422 yr Hi!As far as I know you can only access the offsets directly by a self written interface program, there you would tell the Read or Write offset to FSUIPC and process the request to get the data. An other easy way would be to use FSCommunicator by Robert Fischer. It is a multifunctional communication tool between the hardware such as EPIC or Keyboard inputs to FSUIPC. you get it @ www.flightsimulator.atsteve---------------------------------------------------------------------Do you know the A320 Flightdeck Project?
