Key2Mouse Display Problem

Featured Replies

Hello all,I'm curious if there is anyone out there that is experiencing a display problem with the utility called Key2Mouse. This utility seems to be coming up with the some display problems. Come to think of it, the RwyInfo gauge exhibits the same display behavior. Description of the problem (for Key2Mouse): In FS2004, when clicking on the first step in the process of creating a macro for the first time which is "Create a new definition file...", my panel disappears and I get a black screen with just the mouse pointer showing (the mouse pointer is moveable). When I press Alt+Tab to go back to my desktop, the Key2Mouse Dialog box for creating a new definition file shows up briefly and then disappears when my desktop comes up. By pressing Alt+Tab to go back to FS2004 again, I again see the Key2Mouse dialog box briefly and then get the same black screen with the mouse pointer. In order to stop this cycle, I have to "Ctrl-Alt-Delete" and End Task to quit FS2004.With the RwyInfo gauge, it isn't quite as bad, although it is similar. By fooling around the Alt+Tab, I finally get the RwyInfo dialog box to come up so that I can enter information, but it takes some doing with the Alt+Tab jockying. It seems to me that this might be a display problem and there is some setting somewhere that this Key2Mouse .dll or the RwyInfo gauge don't want to play nice with.Has anyone out there experienced this and explain to me what might be causing this?System Info:Soyo PX400 Dragon Ultra motherboard (AGP 8x enabled)Intel 3.06 GHz CPU1,024 Megs of Ultra High Speed DDR RamATI Radeon 9800 Pro video card with the Omega 2.4.96a driversSoundblaster Audigy2 sound cardDirectX 9.0bAll drivers are up-to-date.Thanks,Bobby
