FSBUS LED controller

Guys...I am referring to the controller for lighting LED's, NOT the one for controlling 7-segment displays. Forgive me if I used the wrong controller in the title of this message (!)My question is -- where is there some documentation on how to wire up this board? You know, cathode, anode, max current, etc. I want to populate the lights (LEDS) for my annunciator panel using this board, but can't seem to find and docs on it :(Thanks much...
