Making boeing 757/767 backlite panels

Hi does anyone know how to make boeing 757/767 backlite panels? I would be very greatful for help thanks.

Hi,What you're asking about is a called a "lightplate". Take a piece of clear plastic and cover it with an opaque color coat, "Boeing brown" for example. Use an engraving machine to engrave lettering and borders as desired. Fill the grooves with a translucent white paint. From the back side, drill (carefully placed) holes part way through the plastic, taking care not to go through the color coat. Place small incandescent or LED lamps in the holes. Alternatively, backup the entire piece of plastic with an electroluminescent panel. Those are the basic steps. Most people do not have access to the engraving equipment to do this, so several approaches have evolved within the hobby community to simulate it.
