I downloadked Page Cline's KSMF and installed according to instructions yet the taxiways came out white and the trees as gray monuments. Anyone have an explanation and solution for this?Thanks in advance.Grant

Re-read his instructions to ensure that you aren't missing some texture files, not included, that may need to be down loaded. This is only a guess. Also, a message to Page might be in order as well just in case he's unaware of a potential problem with the package.
