Take a look in FSUIPC and reply with the 3 values it shows for your prop axis.

Are the pots (axis) calibrated? My pots only work over a small range too, but as soon as I calibrate them, they work from 0 to 100% of the "joystick" range. This allows me to use the full trim range and I've had no problems getting into the feather prop mode.You can see my throttle at www.pookiedom.com/b1900dI'd love to see yours.

also make sure your FS2004 "Joystick sensitivities" for the throttles are set to maximum, with *no* null-zone if the throttle quadrant is connected as a joystick.//Tuomas
