737 System Operations for FSBUS CCC Construction

Featured Replies

Hi guys,Just wanting to know if theres anyone that can provide myself and other 737 builders, system schematics to create FSBUS CCC diagrams. Need to know how the systems are interconnected. I flow chart would be a great start.Regards,

Hi,Im working on this. I have some diagrams over fuel, electrics, hydralics and bleed air. I think i could scan some of it and post.Im working on fuel system, apu and engine control right now, but i wait for Dirk to think a while about the "inter-CCC-object-variables" to be able to use output from one CCC system as input into another. Without that the system has to be one big CCC object, which will be hard to grasp...Let me get back to you with the schematics.../ Ramsberg

Thanks Ramsberg!I'm also wondering of anyone else out there is having eratic problems with CCC. I'm finding it hard sometimes to link the different components within CCC and alot of the time they don't seem to work?Regards,Brad Heller

Yes, ive seen that the components seems to work strange it they aren't "reset"... An AND can give 1 out even if both inputs aren't true, until you connect it to two 0 inputs... there should be a "reset" function.../ Olle Ramsberg

Have you tried to visit the B737 technical site at http://www.b737.org.uk/ ?It has good schematics that you can use. Here is one from the fuel system (which I had to reduce due to file size limitations)...Original available at http://www.b737.org.uk/schemefuel.gifHope this helps.
