Hi,I'm new to FS2002 but have flown previous simulators.I'm having problems with IFR. I've flown a couple of times using IFR and unless I choose the 'Request Visual approach' my flight is totally ignored when I get close to the destination airport and I could go on with the last heading given until I run out of fuel or exit the flight. A third time I decided to turn to intercept the ILS and was told to return to the previous heading - this after passing the destination airport by some 25 miles (in a Cessna!)!Surely this is not right. Anyone else find this a problem?

How long were your flights? It seems that any flight shorter that 100 Nm is subject to some strange goings-on by MS ATC. R-
