Hi, I'm going to build a cessna 152 cockpit simulator but I need dimensions for the cockpit panel and as much of the cockpit as I can get. Does anyone out there know where I can get this information?Thanks.Mark.

I would say to head down to your local airport flight school and chances are there will be a 152 sitting right there on the ramp. Once you get talking with a few people at the school im sure someone will let you go out to the airplane and take pictures or get some dimensions. Mike

It's a C172, but trust me, you want to sit on a 172 rather than on a 152 :)http://tigert.gimp.org/gallery/c172dimWe have a 152 sim ourselves, or rather the cockpit itself is a 152, but the avionics and flight model is closer to a 172. There is not much difference between those, and especially since there's the RealAir 172 flight model, it made sense for us to do a 172. The uses for both planes in real life are not that different and one can practice the same things on the sim as well.Anyway, you will do your own decision, not trying to push anything down your throat, just telling our own experiences :)Here are a few pics of ours.//Tuomashttp://tigert.gimp.org/tigert-albums/simu_...e/aam.sized.jpghttp://aerodome.net/gallery-kuvat/album21/IMG_5942.sized.jpghttp://aerodome.net/gallery-kuvat/album21/IMG_6361.sized.jpg
