Featured Replies

Hello,I just present you the simulation of an ELT with the CCC of FSBUS.It check if one of the com are set on the emerg. freq 121.5 and ifthe intercom switches are on.Then if you switch on the ELT switch, you'll play a siren sound.BOBhttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/78284.jpgThank's for your advise. For ex. is there an easier way to make the condition "if freq=121.50" than with 2 comparators and a value ?

nice, however no idea what ELT stands for and what it is used for. little explaining pls ;)tnx

ELT is Emergency Location Transmitter, It send siren sound in the 121.5 (emerg. frequency) which permit a satelite locate you anywhere in the world and rescue It'a active by a violent shock (crash) or with a switchIt's also named "ELBA" or "EMER LOC XMTR" BOBhttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/78309.jpg

>For ex. is there an easier way to make the condition "if>freq=121.50" than with 2 comparators and a value ?A simple "AND" with the value should do, why didn't you do it?Also to know if any of the comm is set active, an OR on the two is sufficient.

>A simple "AND" with the value should do, why didn't you do it?It don't work when I put the freq and the value tied to an "AND"it always give 1 as output ...>Also to know if any of the comm is set active, an OR on the two is >sufficient.Good remark ...BOB
