I ran across information about touch up colors for Boeing and Airbus style panels, knobs and buttons. I don't have first hand experience, so can't say how close the color match is, but since the information is from Gables Eng, a manufacturer of commercial gear sold to Boeing and Airbus, I would think it would be close.
