After alot of research with many different Encoders we have decided on the Bourns ECW1J-B24-AC0024. These are high quality encoders for such a small price. Works well with both MCP & Radio tuning and works without a hickup.Each encoder costs $4.80 and that will include postage from Newcastle, NSW.
