What's K&E ? And does that mean you can be even more smug than the smuggest smug types boasting about their PC specs on here?If I had the money, then I'd just go and buy a real sim, but then I guess I wouldn't be a home cockpit builder then. Though I could post lots of pretty pics and act even more smug than many people on here.Of course there is an equation here; more money = more smugness ability.Nice sim though, shame about the standby instruments.

FYI - K&E is a slide rule. Unlike a computer, it will work any place in the cosmos, provided you know how to use it. Many more designs have been created/calculated and verified with a slide rule then with the computer. Have you solved novel/unique problems with your computer? I have with my K&E. As Steve pointed out to me this morning, he was the first officer, if you look closely at the engine parameters you will see that Doug is steering the aircraft with differential power while taxing to the active.
