January 18, 200521 yr I am currently using a TM FLCS and TQS for the Boeing 727. I have modified the TQS into a B727 throttle quadrant using the electronics and mechanicals from the TQS.My problem is the stick. It's time to switch to a yoke and TM doesn't make one. I am considering the CH yoke with the traditional gameport plug to use with the TQS electronics. I've written both CH and TM and each of the companies (naturally) do not know if their products are compatible with the other.Has anyone here succesfully mated a CH product with a TM product and actually had them work with each other with no conflicts?I realize that I would have to plug the keyboard directly back into the computer as the CH product has no keyboard port.Any insight would be appreciated.
January 18, 200521 yr You can assign any of the FS axis to any of the available joystick axis from within FS.So there should be no problem using the TQS for throttles and a yoke for the aileron and elevator. And rudder pedals!I use a CH FSYoke along with the throttle portion of a Thrustmaster Top Gun II without any problems!George DorkofikisAthens, Greece
